Halloween is a night when you can see lots of things. You can see fake ghosts. Spider webs will be fake. Humongous spiders…their bodies are black, their eyes are red. People dress up like animals, princesses, villians, heros. We can hear knocking and people saying, ”trick or treat,” or just asking for candy. They carry bags to put their candy in. Some people say you might get lucky, so pay attention. People take their pets out. Last year I was a soldier girl.

As I read this, I gather that you like Halloween. I “see” your humongous, black, red-eyed spiders, and they make me shiver. Then I see the cute little kids at my door, trick-or-treating, asking for candy, looking cute in their costumes. I too like Halloween. What are you going to be this year?
