Pink and Say

I feel sad because of what Miss Duran is reading, Pink And Say. It is about a little boy who is like a slave which he doesn’t want to. Also another thing, I feel bad for the guy that is being dragged on the floor, he doesn’t deserve that at all. I feel bad how they talk about and make do things like a slave. I feel happy to like at the same time because the boy saves his life which is really nice of him to do. I think the book has nice details, easy to understand, it has beautiful drawing inside the picture. All I could say is that she is a brilliant author!

I felt sad two years ago when I read it because I don’t think Pink should have died because he was colored. That’s not right!!!!

This is a good review of this book. I’ve actually never read this particular book, but now I want to read it! What’s your favorite type of book to read?
