Once I (Phillip Enright) had sight of the small island once again, I had remembered that near the coast, there was coral so I couldn’t bring the boat closer where I was at. I had packed some supplies with me just in case something unexpected happened. I jumped of the boat I was on with the supplies and swam toward the Cay. Once I made it upon shore, I noticed that some boards and some vines were still up and that’s when it hit me, I could remember me walking in total darkness with the help of those. After that little flashback, I had amazingly, forgot about Timothy. I walked around and around for quite a while looking for the hut that I had made a long time ago. In about an hour, I had reached the small hut, I could see why I had missed the hut a thousand times, land had covered it with grass and palms. I started to remember how I reacted with Timothy, the one man who taught me how to survive in the wilderness by myself. I felt the hard and harsh words that I had said to Timothy in my heart. I turned to the coast of the Cay and pictured me following the vines and boards heading towards the little pond. I kind of feel good coming back to see this island because this small deserted island is or was, I should say my home. I had came back for two reasons: see what the island looked like and to see my good old friend Timothy. I walked straight to Timothy’s grave but all I could see was half of the grave and the other half was buried in the ground but at least I could see Timothy’s name. I had stood there, looking at the grave with a tear running down my soft cheek and then I said,”Dis b’dat outrageous cay, eh, Timothy?”

 On Wednesday the 11th of February, we “Edgemere Roadrunners” had a game against the Cadwallader Bobcats and won with a 38-17 win. We all worked as a team which brought us to victory. Cadwallader was  a good team including a very tall basketball player which at first kind of shocked us but when we all huddled up, our coach had told us,” don’t worry about the height, it all matters where the ball is.” When we heard that speech, we all kept it in our minds. We had all at least made  a shot, but I made 4shots which added 8 points to our score and not to mention an awesome 3 pointer from Kevin and Fabian. I made 3 fouls, Kevin made 2 fouls, and Randy made 1 foul. It was the very first time I had gotten 3 fouls ever. Our season has started off so far so good.

  I don’t where to start from with Gir because he is one funny and crazy little robot. Gir was invented with  junk metal and a toy in a show called, “Invader Zim” which is my favorite show in the world to watch other than Woody the Woodpecker. Gir was like a pet to Zim who is an alien that tries to  invade the planet Earth. Zim treats Gir like a piece of trash but Gir is still cool no matter how Zim treats him. Gir has about 5 costumes or more but the cartoon mostly shows 3 costumes. The one costume that Gir mostly wears is the dog costume. My favorite episode is when a baby acts like it doesn’t know anything but when the baby is in Zim’s house he controls Zim’s house by invading it with babies that can talk,walk, and fight. While Zim is fighting the babies, Gir messes with this machine that makes people stupid and Gir justs flies in the air acting stupid. Gir will always be the wonderful, funny robot that likes tacos, burritos, mashed potatoes, babies, and biscuits to me.

Right now, you have heard the wonderful great funny stories of Brandon the Ninja mouse and Jeffery the Panda. They both have some problems but it is pretty weird that Brandon barely went to Japan which although looks like China and already has a problem to solve. Well I guess I have informed you enough and you really need to read or listen to this last story and I will start off with Brandon. “I’m tired of walking down all of these stairs, their are too many!” Brandon wined. An hour later, Brandon finally made it down the stairs while meeting the fat panda. “Hey, do you know where we are right now?” Brandon questioned Jeffery. Jeffery answered,” We are in China, Asia. My name is Jeffery and I’m looking for my lost friend Pablo the sleepy Koala. “My name is Brandon and I need to inform the monks about what is going to happen, this little Rabbit named Thomas told me to inform them before they hurt my fellow companions.” Jeffery looked confused,”Thomas? he sent me he same thing but only, he told me that he would hurt my fellow sidekick Pablo the sleepy Koala.” “Well I guess now that we both have the same enemy and I guess we should work together?” Brandon assumed, And so they did. Brandon and Jeffery went up to a monk that looked very old and he looked like the man that Brandon met earlier when Brandon barely came to China, it was Chakie Chan. Brandon didn’t know what to do because Brandon didn’t speak English but luckily, Jeffery spent 3 years in pet college speaking British. Jeffery went up to the old monk and spoke some weird British and Jeffery got slapped from Chakie Chan pretty hard and the old monk screamed and pointed at Jeffery and Brandon. All the monks focused on us and started to run after us. Brandon and Jeffery ran as fast as they could, they located a small hut where they can hide. They headed for that hut and made it inside it safely. When they made it in the hut, they saw another monk but only he was blind. The old blind monk questioned in shock” who are you? and why have you disturbed my yoga?” Jeffery and Brandon replied with fear,” Um, sir we came to inform you that a little bunny named Th..” “Thomas?” the old man questioned. Yes but how did you know that? Thomas is one of my very own students. Jeffery stepped up and said,” he sent me a threaten note that says that he will hurt my friend if I don’t come over here.” The doors opened and a little bunny came hopping in and yelled in sweet victory,” I did it! I stole the fat sleepy Koala from that very fat panda…..” “Thomas meet Brandon and “the fat Panda” who’s name is Jeffery. ” the old man welcomed Thomas. Thomas turned back and started running out. Thomas went to his hut and brought some of his monk friends. Jeffery and Brandon prepared to fight against the child forces of Thomas. The old man came walking out of the hut stopping the fight while saying,” Jeffery and Brandon, there is no danger here, all Thomas wanted to do was see you fight against him including his brothers and sisters.” Jeffery looked at Brandon and laughed. Jeffery replied,” we will go easy on them so that we will not hurt them.” A flying goose came by and said,” then let the fight begin!” As Brandon and Jeffery looked back at Thomas a monk jumped in the air and knocked out Brandon. It was all up to Jeffery so he saw a consecion stand and got a bambo stick. As Jeffery had the stick in his hand, he saw bag roll out of the hut the monks were in and a fat sleepy koala came put sniffing the bambo stick. Jeffery thought of an idea and got to use Pablo as a weapon instead. Jeffery got the stick and tossed it to the monks and Pablo started to charge after the bambo stick. While Pablo was charging for the stick, the monks tossed it to other monks but Pablo got sicken tired of chasing the stick so Pablo jumped in the air and belly flopped the ground which caused the monks to let go of the bambo which also made Pablo happy. Jeffery walked up to Thomas and said,” thanks for the threaten letter Thomas, I guess i’ll see you later.” Thomas jumped on his two feet and screamed with fury,” it is not over Jeffery! I will get you later on!”

 ”Kung Pow Chicken!!! is very good, I love eating kung pow chicken while watching Bruce Lee kick butt against the Chinese monks. I want to grow up to be just like Bruce Lee.” Brandon the dreamless mouse, until now. Brandon was a lonely mouse that lived in an old raggy boot. Although he was small, he had an extremely small TV known to man. He was watching attack of the shaolin monks with Bruce Lee. Brandon heard some weird noises outside so he went to his window to see what was happening. He saw a huge giant life form running to his house. The giant picked up the boot and threw it high in the air. Brandon flew out of his house and landed in a pot of flowers in central park in Colorado. “Where am I? where’s my house? What am I doing here?” Brandon questioned himself. When Brandon got consciousness, he looked around and saw other huge giants moving around rapidly. He then saw a little pipe in the pot popping out of the soil. Brandon was pretty cautious and started down the pipe. After a couple of minutes in the pipe, he ended up in some weird place called Japan.  He lokked at himself and he was wearing a red and silky black robe. He entered Japan and met up with an old man named ” Chakie Chan” “Um excuse me sir but do you know where I can find the monks please, they are in great danger!” Brandon demanded. The old man looked to him and just keeped on walking. Brandon remembered where he was in so he just tryed to look for it himself. On the way down the steps to the sacred monks, he saw a panda falling down thousands of steps on the other side of steps.

I think Basket-ball is pretty fun because we get to go to different schools to play at. last year when I was on the team, we made all the way to the Divisional playoff but unfortunately, we lost to Sageland because we had a game before that day against Pasodale and we were all tired. This year we have recruited some more excellent players who will be playing either guard or forward. We have four Captains ” Kevin G. Esteban F. Nicholas A and last but not least Tomas.” We are Captains because we put effort into basket-ball and and make a dedication to it. Although some of us don’t know when our game is, we practice very hard and are prepared for the game, always!

“Pablo, go get the fresh leaves so that we can defeat the dangerous but cute bunnies before they are sold to the old citizens of Arkansas” “But Jeffery, I ate all the leaves while we were driving over here to our new headquarters.” Pablo the Koala replied in sorrow. “Why would you do that Pablo, huh? you knew that we needed those leaves so that they will be good use. Wait, how much did you eat?” Jeffery the Panda questioned. “About 309 grams of leaves, why do you ask that silly question?” Pablo asked. “I asked that question because….” Pablo fell on the floor of their headquarters and then Jeffery finished his answer,” Because Koalas can’t eat over 200 to 500 grams of leaves or else they will go to sleep which just happened right now.” Jeffery went to their living room and turned on the TV to see want was happening on the news right at that moment. Jeffery saw reporter Tommy McDonald talking about the cute dangerous bunny on sale for only a penny. Tommy McDonald holding the bunny when all of a sudden, a concession stand full of carrots were be sold for a buck. All the rabbits eyes turned red and they all jumped on the carrot stand and ate all of them. The Bunnies then grew all big and muscular. The bunny that had brown spots on a milky white color skin went up to the camera man and said straight into the camera,” I’m coming for you Pablo and Jeffery but mainly you Pablo.” Jeffery looked back at the lazy koala sleeping on the floor. Jeffery just sighed and said,” well now that we don’t have any supplies that help us win against the evil villains, I guess all I can do is go to sleep.” Jeffery went to sleep and went in a deep sleep where he couldn’t hear anything, even if a meteor hit the earth. Jeffery woke up in surprise when he saw the headquarters all trashed and messed up. He got off the couch and walked around the room to find out any clues. He found a little note that said to Jeffery from Thomas the great almighty rabbit. Jeffery opened up the note and read; Dear Jeffery, you must wondering where your precious koala is but you can’t have him because we have him like a prisoner you see. We can free him if you like to but we have to make a small agreement and the agreement is to save our fellow family members in China, Asia. Sincerely Your arch enemy, Thomas. Jeffery glanced in a broken mirror and found a picture of Pablo eating leaves and Jeffery eating bamboo sticks. Jeffery then thought of that moment and started to tear a little bit. Jeffery took a taxi to the airport and requested a one-way ticket to China. Once Jeffery saw China, he could see all types of bunnies and rabbits fighting. Jeffery looked closely and saw that they were Monks! Jeffery looked in his backpack and saw that all he had brought from his home was a flare gun, rope, and canned spam with a fork. Jeffery took a deep breath and started to walk down the stairs which were about a trillion left to walk.

This week we all have a new schedule to follow. In 6-4, we have science first then Math then from Math, we have reading first and writing with our homeroom teacher. I kind of like this new schedule because I like Math a lot more than any other subject I know right now. The day we had the new schedule, I got pretty confused the very first time because one day I was kind of looking forward to going to Reading but then all of a sudden, we ended up in Math class. I think it is good to have two classes in one classroom because we could be doing work but that time, we would be lining up to move to the next class which would take a couple of minutes away from us doing our work. I like having this new schedule but I would mostly like the old schedule back.

  I might not know a lot about the Philadelphia Eagles this year but I know a little bit of Eagle history such as the 1976 Eagles. Well first, I am going to start with the memorable team mates such as the historical coach Dick Vermeil. He lead the Eagles with the help of my favorite player, Vince Papale (wide receiver) Bill Bergey (line backer) Frank LeMaster(another linebacker) and last but not least, Artimus Parker a defencive back and also known as T-Bone Parker. Vince Papale was astonishing because he didn’t play football in college but he ran like lightning. He only played football, basketball, and track, he got a scholarship for track to St. Joseph’s College.  I like Vince Papale more than any player I know because he first started off as a substitute at high school and he worked at a bar named Max’s but he also had fun working at the bar because well, back then bars used to represent their favorite team and of course, that particular bar picked the Philadelphia Eagles. That Movie inspired me and told me never to quit and to always keep trying. Vince Papale will truly be remembered to the Eagles for his hard work.

The sun is a source that we use almost every day except in the night but on the other side of the earth, it is day. The sun helps us all but sometimes, it can be very hot and we just want it to be cold. The sun provides heat and light, which we need and use every day. Without the sun, we would not get any electricity because we have what is called solar panels and those absorb the sun’s heat and makes it into electricity. We have learned about Non-renewable, Renewable resources and one important thinking question was: If the sun stopped shining, what would happen to the two resources and I have the answer to that question. I the sun stopped shining, I think that the renewable resources wouldn’t be renewable anymore because we wouldn’t be able to see what we were doing and we would not have any light or heat when we are cold. The Non-renewable resources wouldn’t be here anymore because there is no heat applied to it. The sun is very important in our life and always will be.
