I don’t know if I’d be calling your mom “old”…she is my age after all and we know just how young I am!

10 is a hard birthday for moms because you are in double digits. I know I had a hard time when my daughter turned 10-it made me sad because it seemed like she was growing up so quickly. 11 wasn’t so bad, but now we have 12 coming up and I’m really bothered by that too because that means she’s almost a teenager! UGH! 15 and 16? Hardly old at all, still a baby of sorts.

You know what I’d like to know? Why exactly your mom says 10 is old. Is she just teasing you? Or maybe, just maybe she’s having a hard time knowing that her “baby” is growing up!

sorry about saying your old I just think that since 10 is not old 36 and 37 year olds should be.

Now there you go again calling me old! What’s up with that?!

I’m just kidding Sarah, I remember when I was your age I thought that anyone over 30 was ancient! It’s interesting how our perspective changes as we get “old”. I’d love to hear from you on your 36th birthday and see how you’re feeling then!

well now that I”m 10 I would call me and some auther people that are 10 kind of old but I still think that 3 6 37 or38 year olds should be calling me old because there just about 20 years older than 10 year olds and thats a lot.[no affence]
