I actually like Miss Honey the best because she is nice to Matilda. Mrs. Wormwood and Ms. Trunchbull are fun to read about because they are so outrageously awful.

You are the oldest!!! You were born in May and Aeson was born in November of the same year. So, even if Aeson had lived, you still would have been the oldest. You are special no matter what anyway. You will always be the oldest and Charlee will always be the youngest. We had the bookends in the family.

Sweetheart, I had had hope, too. It just wasn’t enough to overrule God’s plan. Maybe someday we will know why, but for now we just need to remember the really great times we had with Daddy and share those special memories with Charlee because she is not going to have as many as we do.

I’m glad 4th grade was a good year for year. I’m sure 5th grade is going to be just as good! Also, I agree with you that blogging helped make you a better writer. You know what else I liked about your blogs? I liked that when things were really tough for you last year, you were able to tell us about it on your blog…and we were able to let you know how much we cared…on your blog. It was a nice way to “talk” about the things we weren’t sure we should or shouldn’t “talk” about. I miss you Sarah…4th grade wouldn’t have rocked without you!
