It is hard to understand how some people don’t care about animals. I too treat my animals as if they were part of our family. I am responsible…my pets will never have puppies or kittens that would wind up unwanted in a shelter. What we need to do is educate people into doing the right thing for their pets and for all the unwanted pets in our country.
