Knotts Berry Farm
In Los Angeles, California there’s this amusement park called Knotts Berry Farm. It’s not a real farm, but it’s supposed to be an old fashioned park with roller-coasters. It’s fun and a lot like Disneyland, but instead a lot of things are made of wood except for some roller-coasters when my family and I went we didn’t know what to do first because it was so enormous! Finally we decided the first thing we went to were the roller-coasters our first ride was ghost rider. It was fast, but bumpy,I loved it but my parents got a head ache and my mom usually likes rides. Next we went to the golden bullet it was awesome, because it had two loops and when you get to the end you go backwards and through the loops again. Finally we went to big foot rapids, we got socked! We even went under a water fall. “Ahhhhh!” we screamed as we went under the waterfall. Lastly we went to shops . The shops were awesome! They had slingshots, ancient flutes and other ancient stuff. Well, that was the end of our trip to Knotts Berry Farm but later I’ll tell you more about my trip to California.

I’m not big on roller coasters-especially if they are made out of wood. They SCARE me! The big foot rapids sounds more like my cup of tea!
Did you get to bring any of the “ancient stuff” from the shops? That would be neat to see!
I’d love to hear more about your trip!

That was a surprise when you said it was an amusement park. By the name of it, it sounds like a place where they make you pick your own blueberries! Good entry!

Frankie and I both love roller coasters. We had the opportunity to go to Cedar Point on Lake Erie. We were able to ride 8 to 9 roller coasters, and luckily we didn’t get headaches. Frankie has been wanting to go to Knott’s Berry Farm, are there any animals there? Do they have cowboys running around and stuff like that? In your opinion what was the best ride?

I am deathly afraid of rollercoasters! I truly am a chicken when it comes to things like that! It’s the “going down the hill” that just absolutely “freaks” me out! What I didn’t know was that Knott’s Berry Farm was an amusement park. I really thought like Mr. Mattson that it was a jam and jelly farm. I must say I really like Knotts’ jams and jellies!
