Dear Roald Dahl,
I think your books are funny. I am really liking The BFG, it is very funny! WHY ? Well I’ll tell you. It is funny because of his made up of his made up languages like snuzzcumbers , buzzburgers, bongdongle, scrumdidilyumstous, turks from Turkey taste like turkey, greeks from Greece taste greasy, it is so funny. I’m not even half way through the book.

I have not read the BFG yet. Your comments make me want to pick it up and read it. Roald Dahl is outrageously funny.

Will you be completely shocked if I tell you I’ve never read any of Roald Dahl’s books? They have never really appealed to me-the only one that remotely caught my interest was Esio Trot (but I haven’t read it either). Have you read that one? Which one would you recommend I start with?

Carrie, I agree with you. In all of his books I adore The BFG.Another good one is The Witches. Have you read that one?
