Good vocab! I also liked how you repeated “Weaving our way though California’s congested highways”. But I still think you can elaborate more on how your kids “played tag” with the waves.

I like all of the author tools and the description. But there were a few mistakes like “game of tag”and “begrudgingly” How often do you go to the beach.
