I learned that waves are caused by wind and it ,moves up and down . Tides are periodic rices and falls of large bodies of wader.and are caused graviterenal bettwen the moon and the sun. the strongest tides hapen when the earth the sun and the moon are in line .

Well first of what I found surprising was that waves have different `types of “body parts” I thought waves was just water going up and down. I’d heard of tides before but I never knew what tides were. Maybe after we finish this we could do tsunamis.

I can’t belive that the Earth,Sun,and Moon could have something to do with it! Do you know how often a Spring Tides happen though?

I found surprising how a wave is formed because I always thought waves were just water moving faster jumping over the slower moving water and that tides and waves were all the same. The ocean is weird but cool at the same time!!!

I have learned that the sun and moon may cause waves and tides. I also learned that the water follows the moon around the earth. I wonder if erosion will ever cover the water with mud.

I found that the waves have energy and I thought that energy was electricity also I also did not know that water droplets went in circles.

I never learned about tides or about waves having height.I got confused about what is moving in the wave. All the stuff we were doing about waves is so cool.I never seen a wave with all its parts.Ive never seen a diagram about gravity causing wind.
