Stephanie’s Wacky World|Crazy and Weird Moments

TAKS, TAKS, TAKS, I thought it was the worst part of school, but you know, you have to do it in order to move onto the next grade. So let’s flashback to that 3rd grade memory, shall we?

There I was on the Math TAKS doing the best I could, going step by step, problem by problem until I got to this one question that I wanted freak out, jump out of my seat and ditch school forever . . . but didn’t because then I would have to take the test again in another school. So I just went through the problem a couple of times very slowly and started to understand it, and then it was back to business, and again step by step, problem by problem. Until I was completely finished with the whole test.

I couldn’t wait for Mrs. Hulburt to tell me my score. So a couple of weeks later Mrs. Hulburt was calling people to tell them their scores when she called me up and said, “Good job, you got a 97!” I was so elated I pranced back to my seat with a grin on my face and thought, are you dead serious? I was so surprised at my self. But then I thought about the reading TAKS, OH NO! TAKS, TAKS, TAKS, it’s not so hard after all.
