My favorite book

I love to read! It is so much fun to whisked off into another place. I have a problem though, sometimes I’ll be reading a book and then drop it. Sometimes I don’t know why. Sometimes the book gets boring and then other times I just leave the book!

Good to be back!

When my family and I got back from California I was so tired{!} plus I missed the authentic Mexican food. True I did have fun but I still missed El Paso. Any way let’s get to the fun part.

We had already got into California and there were no signs of civilization in sight. Every-time me and my cousins saw lights from a city we say jokingly “Land Ho!” which sent us in to a fit of giggles. It started to get darker as we moved on ahead. I started to get worried as the time passed. Soon it was pitch black and I got even more nervous. Then we pulled into a rest area that was all tree. Plus the bathrooms were Porto potties which were probably nasty. That’s not what scared me though, there were lights and they cast shadows on the trees which was creepy, but me and my cousin kept on joking tat somebody was either getting killed behind the tree or somebody was already dead behind a tree. Any way, finally we a city close to San Diego. We found a Golden Arches and stopped because some people had to… clean out their systems. Well, if you stop at a restaurant might as well get something to eat! I, being very generous bought people who would take, an ice cream. Obviously I had to buy something for myself. From then on things got a little rocky. We got lost, and there were fights. In the end we stopped at a tourist center and slept there. I slept sitting down with my head leaning on my pillow, one of my cousins slept stretched out the other on the floor. Obviously it was a very rough night!

Halloween!

I love Halloween! It’s such a good opportunity to dress up like someone you’re not. Now that I think about it Halloween kind of ties with acting. Though when you act you’re a totally different person. You talk, act, and dress a different way. But, whatever, you’re still someone different, if only for one night!

Summer

My summer was so much fun. I got to go to California which has THE best shopping! I got a purse from the Vans store in an outlet mall and another purse from Disneyland. Speaking of Disneyland I had so much fun there! I got to take pictures with some of the Disney characters and pictures of some. I also loved Downtown Disney. I got a Build A Bear there. I don’t care what anyone says I liked getting a Build A Bear because I got to choose what it wears and how it looks.

EMS Rocks!

Today I went to my school’s football game and we won! It was so cool to be there cheering on my team. I had never been to a school football game and was a new experience. I was there with my friend Jackie and her friend Mona, from Hillcrest. Which just so happens to be the school we were playing. I want to go to more school games this year than I did last year. To help fulfill my prophesy I’m going to ask to be basket ball manager.

Back to School

The first week of school has been crazy! First off I have a HUGE building to get used to, then I have all new teachers and of course new students.  I was placed in the wrong Spanish class and the wrong math class. I was supposed to be in algebra but I got PAP instead. Algebra will get me a high school credit if I pass {which I will}. Spanish will also get me a high school credit. The classes at school  are super big  {not the rooms} one class has like, forty students in one class! Good thing is that the school is adding another block so the classes won’t be as big.

My Nino

I’m really happy that I’ll get to see my nino when we go on vacation. I haven’t seen him in months! I really miss not being able to see almost everyday. I hear some of my friends talking about them seeing their ninos over the weekend and I only see during SOME holidays .

Disneyland

Tomorrow I leave to Disneyland with my mom and brother. We’re going to stay a week in California and then come back home. I’m pretty sure that this is going to be the longest and farthest from home. I know that I’m going to miss my baby brother and dad but I’m still pretty excited.

Finally Finished!!

I just finished the last Harry Potter and OMG. It was definitely  full of surprises!! This is definitely a must read! I highly recommend it. {It was worth staying up well past midnight for!}

Summer Fun?

My summer was full of sand and surf! Just Kidding! I learned how to play tennis, went bowling with cousins, and had lots of swim time! The most exciting thing though is Disneyland {details later}!
