The Thinking Chair

When I was a toddler, sometimes I would do silly things and funny things. Like one time I was 2 years old I believe, I started to dance in front of the mirror on the stove and my mom would play her tambourine and say at the same time ” Dong a De, dong a de”!!! And then I would start to dance. But then I would stop and squat down, bend my elbows and make a scary face and say “GRRR”! I would keep going and I kept on dancing and squatting,  dancing and squatting. I would not stop. I kept on doing it over and over again and I would not get tired.Then finally I stop and collapsed and went snoozing asleep. My mom picked me up and toke me in my crib and fell asleep all day long. And I was dreaming me dancing and squatting again and again and it was the best day of my life.

Miss Honey wears beautiful clothes such as dresses and skirts with flowers on them. She is young, skinny, tall, and has bland hair. She behaves nice, kind, and sweet to other people. Miss TrunchBull does not like Miss Honey. Little kids love Miss Honey’s sweetness and kindness. The author says about Miss Honey that she is kind and gentle. Miss Honey thinks about Matilda, “Why this young child is sweet and innocent?”
